Robert is available in a limited way to provide help on developing and improving performance management systems. He can help you clarify why you want to improve the system, and help get you aimed. The consulting philosophy here is that a company must develop it's OWN system, and that the best role Robert can play is to help the company get clearer about where they want to go, and what this system needs to look like.
